About ForgePDF

ForgePDF is a free collection of PDF tools built around one idea: your documents are yours. Most online PDF services upload your files to a remote server. ForgePDF does the work inside your own browser, so contracts, invoices, IDs, and school papers stay on your device.

What you can do

Merge, split, compress, rotate, crop, watermark, number, reorder, and sign PDFs; extract or remove pages; and convert between PDF and images or text. New tools are added regularly, and each one comes with a short guide and answers to common questions.

How it works

When you pick a file, your browser reads it into memory and open-source JavaScript libraries (such as pdf-lib and pdf.js) process it locally. The result is saved straight to your device. No account, no email, and no daily limit.

How the site is funded

ForgePDF is free to use and supported by advertising from Google AdSense. Ads never change how the tools work or what happens to your files.
