You keep all rights to the files you process. Files are handled in your browser and are not uploaded to ForgePDF servers (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Intellectual property

The ForgePDF name, design, text, and code are owned by ForgePDF. You may not copy or resell them without permission.

5. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". Results can vary with the input file. Always keep a backup of your original documents and check the output before relying on it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ForgePDF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or tools.

7. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services such as Google AdSense, Google Translate, and Cloudflare, which are governed by their own terms.
